Exchange & Returns Policy

At B77, we constantly endeavour to create superior, high-quality garments with thoughtfully curated fits and styles for a seamless shopping experience for you. However, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please find below the options to return, or exchange your items.

Cancellation Policy

An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by writing to us directly at support@b77life.com or via what’s app on +91 95995 50779 (Leave a message anytime, Live Chat available Mon-Sat 9am-5pm). All orders cancelled pre-processing, will be refunded if paid for on the website. Once an order is processed, typically within 24 hours, cancellation requests can no longer be entertained.

Exchange Policy

At B77, we take pride in our technology to give you a virtual trial room experience for a genuine fit and flow of our product. However, if you decide to go with a different fit than that of your purchase or in the unlikely event of a wrongly delivered size, you can initiate an exchange of the garment in another size within 10 days of receiving your order, at no additional cost* by writing to us at support@b77.com or via what’s app on +91 95995 50779 (Leave  a message anytime, Live Chat available Mon-Sat 9am-5pm)

 Our team will ensure that you receive a fit that you are pleased with. 

For any other reason for exchange other than size, please refer to the returns policy. All other aspects of exchange will follow the same criteria as our return policy in terms of courier services, quality control and additional costs.

Exchange policy is currently not applicable to orders shipped outside India.

In the unlikely event that you receive merchandise that is damaged, or different from the one(s) ordered, please send us a photo of the product along with your order details within 24 hours of delivery at support@b77life.com or via what’s app on +91 95995 50779 (Leave a message anytime, Live Chat available Mon-Sat 9am-5pm)

For all other items eligible for returns, please inform us within 10 days of delivery via e-mail to support@b77life.com or via what’s app on +91 95995 50779 (Drop a message anytime, Live Chat available Mon-Sat 9am-5pm).

For Orders Within India

Returnable items are specified on the website, so we request you to kindly check the eligibility of your garment prior to initiating the return process.

Items to be returned must not be used, worn, washed, or damaged in any way. 

Return items will only be accepted in their full original packaging and with all tags and labels intact and attached to the garment. Any item that has been damaged, soiled, altered, washed or deemed unsaleable will not be accepted as a return

  • Any product that was personalised or altered to your requirement.
  • Accessories
  • Jewellery
  • Gift Cards
  • Discounted products or Sale Items
  • Products that are not eligible for return/exchange (specifically mentioned in product information).
  • Products which have been used, worn, soiled, have makeup marks, perfume/deodorant smell and/or have been treated with detergent in part or full.

Once we receive your return request via email or WhatsApp, we will initiate a reverse pick up with our shipping partner at no cost to you. The return package must include all original product packaging including product sleeves, product bags, and non-tampered attached tags.

Please note that some pin codes may not be eligible for reverse pickup, contact us via email or WhatsApp to know if your pin code qualifies for collection.

In case your pin code is not eligible for reverse pick up, you would need to send back the return item(s) at your own cost, to our address B77 TechStyles Pvt Ltd. B-77 Sector 5, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Noida, 201901, Uttar Pradesh, to reach us within 14 days of the order date. 

We strongly suggest using a tracked delivery service like a courier or registered post to send back the garment(s). 

The return package must include all original product packaging including product sleeves, product bags and non-tampered attached tags 

Once the returned merchandise has been received at B77, it will be forwarded to quality control to check for eligible goods conditions as mentioned above. We would require 48 hours for this process. 

You will be informed via email or WhatsApp once your returned item(s) have been accepted. 

For transactions paid online via Credit/Debit or any other payment mode:  You can choose to receive B77 store credit for future purchases valid for a period of 12 months or get a refund on your original mode of online payment. 

For Cash on Delivery orders, our refunds are limited to store credit only for the total item invoice amount excluding the COD fee. No Cash refunds will be made under any circumstances. Store credits can be used by you for your future purchases with us valid for a period of 12 months.

Your Products are not eligible for refund in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address due to which delivery was not made.
  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner.
  • In case package is refused by recipient.
  • Products returned are in used or damaged condition

Note: Refunds will only be initiated after we have received the reverse order shipment and our quality team have checked the item(s).

For International Orders

B77 will not be held responsible for any damage caused during the transit of the product(s) from sender’s destination to the return address.
